Kiwi was born in New Zealand and moved to the USA in 2002. She was a CFO and Controller for the first 20 years of her career working for Fortune 500 and international companies such as Fletcher Challenge, Pfizer, Delonghi, Subaru and Wyse Computers.

She then launched her own company E Recruit Staff in 2006 and now also recruits travel professionals and professional networkers for YTB Travel International. She holds a bachelors degree in accounting and two masters degrees in business and in management. Also in 2006 Kiwi became the Winners Circle Team Trainer and launched her training website in 2007 after working in the field for more than a year documenting the Andrew Lakey Director blueprint. Kiwi believes that duplication, support, training and communication are the 4 keys to having a good business with YTB Travel International. Her website is dedicated to training the Andrew Lakey Director blueprint to The Winners Circle travel members in a very simplistic way. TWC Training begins with the Preschool Class, followed by the Kindergarten Class. These two classes help you get started with YTB and should be completed in your first 30 days. Once completed you move into Grade 1-12. Kiwi also launched the Directors Academy which has open enrollment all year upon qualification. Kiwi also launched the Directors College which is only open to Directors. She also holds weekly conference calls. Kiwi wants to create a travel team of knowledge workers and help create a strong platform for business growth for members. The TWC training website contains audios, word documentation and videos. Kiwi understands that people have different ways of learning, either they prefer to learn by themselves using the website or learn with others in a group training. They prefer to read the training or listen to it. Kiwi's mission was to provide a website that will cater to the needs of all members. Kiwi says "study, learn and accelerate.
